Project Management
According to PMI (Project Management Institute), a project is: “A temporary endeavor to create a unique product, service or result.”
Based on this concept, Health Mercato brought to the Sector some management techniques in order to ensure the achievement of goals and results, eliminating rework and non-due costs, mitigating risks and bringing the desired customer safety and satisfaction in the implementation of a company or product in the Brazilian Market.
Recognized as crucial in structuring a business, the project management is subdivided in two phases:
Planning
- Scope definition (trough face-to-face meeting)
- Definition of macro activities
- Estimated time for conclusion
- Estimated cost for each stage
- Risk assessment
- Definition of interested parties (stakeholders)
- Communication plan
- Delivery of a formal dossier with the project structure established
Management
- Management of agreements entered into and ended during the project
- Management of activities for meeting the schedule
- Management and direct contact with the parties involved in the project
- Integration of interested parties (stakeholders)
- Communication management
- Delivery of a “Status Report” with pre-established frequency
- End and conclusion of project
