With more than ten years working with the Health Regulated Sector, I have identified impacting deficiencies that, if outlawed from the process, can bring satisfactory results in regulation or marketing of products subject to the Health Surveillance Rules. Among the main deficiencies are: (i) lack of planning (regulatory schedule); (ii) time estimative and unrealistic costs; (iii) lack of integration of the parties involved; (iv) communication problems in the process and during the process; and (v) lack of management of acts and documents involved in the process.

Focusing on such difficulties, Health Mercato tried to find a way to mitigate these risks and make the daily routine of these companies more efficient and, consequently, contribute to increase their productivity.

Accordingly, we brought to the Health Regulated Sector a few solutions that, when applied to the process, can avoid rework and, especially, non-due costs. In other words, we brought methodologies of Project Management in order to make business activities less costly and arduous, offering more time for these companies to invest their efforts in their commercial activities, offering security and profitability in their operations.
